Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts requirement gathering, and defines scope and objectives of each project.
  • Leads the identification of portions of the organization's IT platform/infrastructure with the highest potential return for cloud deployment.
  • Implements the organization's global strategies and initiatives to enhance Information Technology plans, operations and procedures.
  • Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Translates business requirements into application requirements, and works with all members of the team to execute the application successfully.
  • Engages client teams and explains moderately complex initiatives in an understandable manner, while also addressing any hesitations or concerns from the client.

Nuveen Taxable Fixed Income Technology is hiring Senior Business Systems Analyst who will be part of Taxable Fixed Income (TFI) a front office technology team.  This role will be responsible for Liaison with Front office (PM, Traders, Research etc.) and if needed middle office, provide white glove support, contribute to change and transformation agenda as BA (create BRD, maintain product backlog, Testing, UAT, Roll Out etc.)

Required Skills:

  • 3+ Years of Experience in State Street’s OMS – CRIMS (Charles Review MS) – Set up, Configuration, Integration, Implementation, Testing, Support etc.
  • Experience on key CRIMS Components – Manager Workbench, Compliance, What-if, Rebalancer and more.

Preferred Skills:

Core Requirements:

  • Comprehensive system administration and technology integration proficiency with the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) is essential for this position.
