Managing Director, Head of Wealth Management Products & Architecture

What you'll do

• Lead a multi-year, front-to-back brokerage product platform strategy and oversee its delivery.
• Manage dependencies with core brokerage platforms and external vendors for the Wealth business.
• Direct complex product and architecture requirements analysis to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee system design and technology decisions to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Approve strategies for delivering solutions that integrate multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise.
• Translate external market dynamics into actionable recommendations for senior leadership to enhance business performance.
• Provide strategic direction for the development and maintenance of technical architecture and operating systems.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of work experience is required.
• 12+ years of experience in Financial Services technology is required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a management capacity is required.
• 7-10+ years of experience in Wealth Management and Brokerage product roles is required.
• 2-5+ years of product engineering and architecture experience is required.
• Experience with AI products within a Wealth or Asset Management business is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in trust operations, regulatory compliance, and advisor workflows is required.
• A university degree is preferred.
