What we're looking for
A university degree is preferred.
10+ years of total work experience are required.
12+ years of experience in Financial Services technology are required, including 3-5 years in a management capacity.
7 to 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management and Brokerage product roles are required.
2 to 5+ years of product engineering and architecture experience are required.
Experience with AI products within a Wealth or Asset Management business is preferred.
Expertise in trust operations, regulatory compliance, and advisor workflows within the wealth management domain is required.
Proven track record managing cross-functional dynamics across Sales, Marketing, Brokerage, Investment Management, Trading, and related units is required.
