Lead Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Define system scope through research and fact-finding to develop or modify complex information systems.
• Create flow charts, models, and procedures while conducting feasibility studies for potential system solutions.
• Produce technical documentation to guide users and support ongoing operation, maintenance, and development.
• Analyze and propose revisions to existing system logic and documentation as needed.
• Develop training sessions and demonstrations for end users.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise.

What we're looking for

• A university degree is preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in information systems design and analysis is required.
• 5 or more years of experience in Information Technology within the financial services industry is required.
• 5 or more years of Java and J2EE application design and development experience is required.
• 3 or more years of experience with REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, WSDL, MuleSoft ESB, and Kong API Gateway is required.
• Experience with AWS services (RDS, OpenSearch) and Red Hat OpenShift container orchestration is required.
• Experience designing and managing BPMN-driven workflow applications and platforms is required.
• Proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle databases including data modeling and query optimization is preferred.
