Technical Lead

What you'll do

• Design and develop technical solutions for new software development and enhancement efforts.
• Coordinate coding, unit testing phases, and facilitate code reviews for system development.
• Approve domain solutions and execute changes according to the implementation plan.
• Manage project and operational commitments regarding quality, timeliness, and technical specifications.
• Align all initiatives with the platform's technical and business roadmap.
• Manage the performance of direct reports through regular feedback and formal review processes.
• Oversee production support strategies for business-critical systems and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Identify process improvements to reduce complexity and cost while improving service quality.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 to 7 years of total work experience is required or preferred.
• 5+ years of Java development experience (Java 17+) including architecture ownership for enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in SDLC governance, architectural decision-making, and API security standards.
• 3+ years of people management or technical leadership experience.
• 3+ years of experience owning Level 1 production support strategy for business-critical systems.
• Experience monitoring and remediating vulnerabilities across production releases.
• Experience with AWS EKS, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD tooling like Jenkins or ArgoCD.
