Lead Dev Ops IAM Specialist, Privilege Access Management

What you'll do

• Design, maintain, and administer the secrets vaulting solution and its integrations across complex environments.
• Lead break/fix efforts for high-priority issues involving infrastructure, applications, platforms, and deployments.
• Implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and increase system reliability.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using observability tools to resolve performance issues.
• Implement new integrations across servers and containers for cloud and on-premise environments.
• Conduct specialized privileged access management security audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for the IAM Operations team.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in information technology and/or cybersecurity.
• 7+ years of experience in information technology and/or cybersecurity (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience with Idera (CyberArk) products or similar privileged access management products.
• 2+ years of experience with observability and monitoring tools.
• University degree (preferred).
• Proficiency with cloud and container technologies (preferred).
• Strong knowledge in how secrets management technologies integrate across multiple environments (preferred).
• Scripting experience for various operating systems and automation leveraging Tines experiences (preferred).
