Lead Cloud Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and manage cloud storage solutions including S3 bucket configurations and lifecycle policies.
• Build data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Python or Java for automation.
• Provision infrastructure as code using Terraform and configure CI/CD pipelines with CloudBees.
• Develop AI and Agentic AI solutions utilizing MCP Services.
• Monitor system performance and resource utilization using AWS CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.
• Create technical documentation including system specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Provide user support by developing training materials and knowledge base articles.
• Troubleshoot routine system issues and participate in incident response on-call rotations.

What we're looking for

• A university degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and managing enterprise cloud backup and storage solutions are required.
• 3+ years of experience working with Data Domain is required.
• 2+ years of experience working with Rubrik is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Python development is required.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure, Terraform, CloudBees, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
• Knowledge of AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, MLOps practices, and MCP Services is preferred.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification is preferred.
