Generative AI Technical Lead

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade generative and agentic AI systems to solve business needs.
• Translate non-technical stakeholder requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI proof-of-concepts based on stakeholder feedback.
• Architect AI solutions using RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM orchestration tools.
• Navigate enterprise complexities including legacy systems, data silos, and security constraints to deliver at scale.
• Apply software engineering best practices and AIOps standards to ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Lead and mentor technical team members while staying current on emerging AI/ML advancements.

What we're looking for

• A university degree is required.
• 5 to 7 years of experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with an understanding of AIOps and production deployment practices are required.
• 3+ years of experience in AI technical products are required.
• Experience designing and developing generative or agentic AI systems is required.
• Experience delivering enterprise production AI solutions and integrating with enterprise tools (preferred).
• Strong AI engineering skills including model integration, prompt engineering, orchestration, evaluation, and productionizing systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM orchestration tools (preferred).
