Technical Product Owner / Lead Business Analyst, Investments – Brokerage

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of internal staff and managed services partners.
• Oversee the delivery of a multi-year, front-to-back brokerage platform transformation.
• Identify and resolve execution risks, delivery bottlenecks, and integration gaps across programs.
• Drive the adoption and operationalization of Wealth platforms through change readiness and transition planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
• Define system scope through research to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
• Prepare flow charts, models, procedures, and feasibility studies to design system solutions.
• Create technical documentation and training sessions to guide system users and support ongoing operations.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of work experience required; 7+ years preferred.
• 5+ years of technical product owner or lead business analyst experience.
• 5+ years of Wealth Management domain and technology experience.
• Product leadership experience delivering new products and enhancements to brokerage platforms.
• Experience using AI in Wealth Platforms.
• Experience with Wealth Management platforms for large US or Global Banks (preferred).
• University degree (preferred).
• Skills in systems design, technical documentation, and business process mapping.
