Technical Product Owner, Lead Business Analyst, Investments - Brokerage

What you'll do

• Lead a high-performing team of internal staff and managed services partners to enhance retail wealth products.
• Oversee the delivery of a multi-year brokerage platform transformation while managing vendor and core system dependencies.
• Identify and resolve execution risks, delivery bottlenecks, and integration gaps across various programs.
• Drive the adoption and operationalization of new wealth platforms through transition planning and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and transformation outcomes.
• Define system scope through research and fact-finding to develop or modify complex information systems.
• Create technical documentation, flow charts, and models to guide system users and support ongoing maintenance.
• Analyze and propose revisions to existing system logic and documentation as necessary.

What we're looking for

• A university degree is preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of work experience is required (7+ years preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience as a technical product owner or lead business analyst is required.
• At least 5 years of wealth management domain and technology experience is required.
• Experience delivering new products and enhancements to brokerage platforms is required.
• Experience using AI in Wealth Platforms is required.
• Experience with wealth management platforms for large US or global banks is preferred.
