Product Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary U.S.-based point of contact and decision-maker for the Security Master platform.
• Translate business needs into actionable functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap to ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy and priorities.
• Manage the delivery of features, enhancements, and data onboarding in coordination with offshore engineering teams.
• Represent the Reference Data platform in steering committees and program governance forums.
• Provide status updates on project risks, dependencies, and roadmap progress to senior leadership.
• Offer functional guidance on data quality, governance, and reference data best practices.

What we're looking for

• A university degree is preferred.
• 5 years of experience is required; 7 years are preferred.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in financial services with exposure to reference data, security master, or enterprise data management.
• Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with GoldenSource, Bloomberg AIM, Markit EDM, or a comparable MDM platform.
• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Manager within an Agile/SAFe framework including PI Planning and backlog grooming.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in a globally distributed delivery model collaborating with offshore India-based teams.
• Must have experience working with security identifiers (CUSIP, ISIN, SEDOL) across at least two asset classes.
• Experience configuring GoldenSource, familiarity with private assets data, and knowledge of upstream/downstream data flows are preferred.
