VP, Engineering & Delivery Manager

What you'll do

• Lead engineering for IBOR/ABOR, performance, attribution, and the data transformation layer.
• Ensure a traceable, near-real-time data path from source to consumer with clear ownership for every break.
• Drive data quality, lineage, governance, and observability across the investment data platform.
• Translate business capabilities into a scalable engineering roadmap and cloud-native, event-driven data products.
• Balance technical debt, risk, and resiliency while establishing standards for security and disaster recovery.
• Embed AI into engineering workflows and data operations while maintaining strict governance and security practices.
• Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing engineering team while setting technical excellence standards.
• Align product strategy and architecture with delivery execution across distributed global teams.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience with modern data platforms and/or data domains.
• 5+ years of experience in asset management or financial services.
• Experience in an engineering management role.
• 10+ years of experience in investment data domain experience (IBOR, ABOR) (preferred).
• Experience in platforms such as Eagle, SimCorp, BlackRock Aladdin, or Charles River (preferred).
• Experience in AI/ML enablement such as AI-assisted development tooling and practical embedding of AI into data workflows (preferred).
• University degree (preferred).
• 10+ years of total work experience (preferred).
