Senior Lead Systems Analyst The Senior Lead Systems Analyst joins the team to support a multi-year Finance Transformation initiative focused on modernizing planning and reporting processes. What you'll do

  • Configure and enhance EPBCS modules for financials, CapEx, projects, assets, and flow custom modeling.
  • Build and maintain data integrations between Oracle ERP, files, and AWS Snowflake sources.
  • Optimize metadata structures and manage integration flows using Data Management and EDMCS.
  • Develop automated workflows for metadata loads, actuals ingestion, forecast refreshes, and scenario rollovers.
  • Implement and configure Oracle EPM AI Agents to automate data validation, variance analysis, and close task orchestration.
  • Create AI-driven insights and anomaly detection models to support FP&A and Controller teams.
  • Translate finance requirements into scalable EPM solutions for monthly close, forecasting, and annual planning.
  • Provide technical documentation and training to internal stakeholders regarding system integrations and processes.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5 to 7 years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience is required.
  • Expertise in Data Integration, Data Exchange, Data Management, and EPM Automate is required.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, scripting, and automation frameworks is required.
  • Experience implementing Oracle EPM AI Agents or similar intelligent automation tools is required.
  • A deep understanding of FP&A, financial close, and corporate finance processes is required.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with minimal supervision is required.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Oracle OCI, or enterprise data platforms is preferred.
