As a Senior DFT Engineer on the DFX Architecture team, you will own and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement state-of-the-art designs in test access mechanisms, IO BIST, memory BIST, and scan compression. You will develop and deploy DFT methodologies for next-generation products, including high-speed test access architectures, in-system-test architecture, and ISO26262 functional safety diagnostics for automotive, industrial, and robotics platforms. Your daily work involves defining DFX architectures to meet system-level safety diagnostic quality and advanced defect screening while mentoring junior engineers on trade-offs regarding cost and quality. You will utilize expertise in scan test plans, fault modeling, ATPG, and fault simulation on multi-million gate designs.
