As a Senior DFT Methodology Engineer, you will join the Design-for-Test Engineering team to architect and develop test methodologies that ensure next-generation silicon is testable, debuggable, and secure from initial bring-up. You will own cross-functional initiatives to implement state-of-the-art designs in test access mechanisms, I1149.1, I1500, I1687, 1838, memory BIST, memory dump, and DFX security methodology. Your daily work involves partnering with timing, physical design, software, bring-up, and production teams to balance cost and quality while developing RTL design, verification, and pattern generation. You will utilize vendor tools to validate test patterns on multi-million-gate designs and may use Perl, Python, or Tcl for scripting. This role addresses the technical challenges of ensuring high-quality manufacturing and silicon debug for some of the industry's most complex semiconductor chips.
