The Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group is looking for an entrepreneurial data executive to play a key role in the analysis of film marketing. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in data science and econometrics with applied experience in media mix modeling (MMM) and ad effectiveness measurement in a dynamic environment. This person will apply statistical modeling and machine learning to Warner Bros. content offerings developed by the Motion Picture Group throughout their lifecycle. Your Role Accountabilities...
- Oversee the design, implementation, and interpretation of media mix models (MMM) and marketing experimentation to quantify advertising effectiveness and guide investment decisions.
- Partner with marketing, distribution, research, and executive leadership to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that influence campaign strategy, creative direction, and audience targeting.

Qualifications & Experience...
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in data science or marketing analytics
- 6+ years of experience with conducting data analysis in Python or R
- 6+ years utilizing databases and SQL
- 3+ years experience with media measurement, modeling, and optimization in an agency, consulting firm, or client-side role focused on marketing data science and / or media mix modeling.
- Masters Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar quantitative field
- Quantitatively oriented Ph.D preferred
- Hands on experience with techniques for modeling advertising effectiveness with media mix models (MMM), multi-touch-attribution (MTA), and/or marketing experimentation
- Nuanced understanding of how to utilize advanced statistical techniques to provide key insights that overcome structural challenges in data availability
- Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as ad platforms (Google, Facebook), identity resolution tools (LiveRamp, Neustar), web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

About Global Product and Design within Streaming and Games
Central to the mission of the Streaming and Games Team, the Global Product and Design group is responsible for the global streaming platform that supports all the video products our fans love. As a Product Security Engineer Specialist, you will be a vital member of the Warner Bros. Discovery Global Information and Content Security (GICS) team. Your New Role
This role leads planning and executing new capital infrastructure investments as well as end-of-life, break/fix capital, and deferred maintenance projects. - Directly supervises three physical plant managers and one coordinator overseeing a workforce of approximately 40 employees providing 24/7/365 support to datacenter, IT, broadcast and streaming production and services as well as general office and administrative space.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in critical infrastructure including 37 Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS), 28 backup power generators and cooling plants generating up to 8000 tons of cooling capacity supporting datacenter and live broadcast entities.
- Act as MEP SME for domestic Design & Construction projects with focus on business mission critical systems.
- Provide input on MEP systems risk assessment and oversight, review & approval of construction MOPs (Method of Procedure)

Compression Engineering is a team of engineers whose responsibilities encompass the aggregation and distribution of video services to affiliate broadcasters across North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific for Warner Bros. Your Role Accountabilities...

• Design and build backend services and ETL/ELT data pipelines (Java preferred; C# or Python acceptable).
• Orchestrate workflows with Airflow; implement data transformations at scale (e.g., Databricks / Spark); optimize data models and warehouse usage (Snowflake).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins; maintain code quality via code reviews, unit/integration/performance testing, and automation.
• Instrument services for observability (e.g., Splunk dashboards/alerts); set and monitor SLOs and error budgets; drive incident response and root cause analysis.
• Champion cost, performance, and reliability optimization across AWS services and data platforms.
Execution, Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
• Lead delivery across 2+ scrum teams, partnering with product, data, and platform leads to plan and deliver outcomes on time and to SLA.
• Collaborate with Project/Program Managers to scope work, estimate effort/cost, manage risks and dependencies, and track metrics.
• Provide technical mentorship and coaching; elevate team capabilities via brown bag sessions, pairing, and review culture.
• Coordinate with global/offshore contributors; uphold documentation standards and traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Support RFI/RFP evaluations, vendor/technology selection, and proofs of concept for emerging technologies, including AI driven use cases.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience as a senior or lead software engineer, including:
o Strong backend development skills (Java preferred; C# or Python also acceptable).
o Designing and operating large scale data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing solutions.
o Hands on experience with Databricks (Spark), Airflow, Snowflake, and core AWS services.
o Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and implementing production observability using Splunk (dashboards, alerts, log analysis).
• Proven ability to deliver secure, high quality, and reliable systems within SLA, including code reviews, test automation, and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and mentor engineers and influence architecture across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills—able to clearly articulate trade offs, value, and ROI to both technical and non technical audiences.
• Exposure to data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices for analytics platforms.
• Experience building or supporting AI/ML capabilities on top of data platforms (e.g., feature pipelines, inference orchestration, model observability).
• Knowledge of microservices, API design, and distributed systems patterns (idempotency, backpressure, retries, circuit breaking).
• Familiarity with performance and cost optimization in Snowflake (e.g., warehouse sizing, caching) and AWS (e.g., storage and compute cost controls)
