Define the strategic direction for technologies, processes, and target state architectures to support scalability and security.

Lead technical discussions to build consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities and divergent perspectives.
Deliver proof of concepts and support product teams in migrating and optimizing applications to the cloud.
Represent the Treasury portfolio in system workgroups to ensure bidirectional communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
Implement and maintain robust security protocols in partnership with the Information Security team.
Provide data-driven leadership by using metrics and dashboards to make technical information visible and transparent.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and large-scale technology implementations in complex, highly regulated environments.
Deep understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), data governance, and enterprise software solutions.
Expertise in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF.
Thorough understanding of AWS security architecture and the cyber security threat landscape in a highly regulated GovCloud environment.
Extensive experience implementing complex technology projects in cross-functional matrix environments with a demonstrated ability to drive consensus.
Outstanding communication skills to translate technical topics and risks for audiences ranging from technologists to executive leadership.
Ability to obtain a Security Clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
Industry-related certifications in application development, solution architecture, agile methodologies, cloud development, or cybersecurity (preferred).
