AI/ DevOps Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day reliability for RTCDP services including availability, performance, and durability against established SLOs.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts to mitigate and recover from SEV1–SEV3 events.
• Oversee the operation of distributed datastores including Aerospike, FoundationDB, Postgres, and CosmosDB/DynamoDB.
• Execute infrastructure tasks such as upgrades, capacity management, backup/restore procedures, and disaster recovery testing.
• Build automation for provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management to reduce manual toil and improve system safety.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability systems based on real customer impact and standardized operational patterns.
• Support the operation of AI/ML services by managing model serving infrastructure and data pipeline reliability.
• Identify and implement cost optimizations through resource rightsizing and storage/compute efficiency improvements.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6–10 years of experience in SRE, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Proven track record of operating large-scale distributed systems in production environments.
• Strong foundation in datastores, reliability engineering, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Experience with a major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with modern observability tooling like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Demonstrated experience in incident response and driving operational improvements.
• Working knowledge of or interest in AI/ML systems or MLOps.
