What you'll do

Own day-to-day reliability for RTCDP services to ensure availability, performance, and durability against SLOs.
Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response, mitigation, and post-incident reviews.
Manage upgrades, capacity, backups, and DR testing for Aerospike, FoundationDB, Postgres, and CosmosDB/DynamoDB.
Build automation for provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management of distributed datastore platforms.
Develop automation-first solutions to reduce toil and improve system safety and observability.
Support infrastructure and operational needs for AI/ML-powered services and model serving workflows.
Identify and ship cost optimizations for storage and compute efficiency across global regions.
Mentor junior engineers and lead technical projects across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.

What we're looking for

6–10 years of experience in SRE, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
Proven track record of operating large-scale distributed systems in production.
Strong foundation in datastores, reliability engineering, and automation.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with modern observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
Real experience in incident response and driving operational improvements.
Working knowledge of, or genuine interest in, AI/ML systems or MLOps (expertise not required).
