Senior Full-Stack Engineer

What you'll do

• Build end-to-end solutions using ReactJS for the frontend and Elixir or NodeJS for the backend.
• Develop backend services, define schemas, and design data flow pipelines for scalable solutions.
• Participate in an engineering rotation to provide on-call support and mitigate service disruptions.
• Analyze, design, prototype, and implement new features or improvements to existing services.
• Troubleshoot and support production systems regarding performance, reliability, and scalability issues.
• Perform pre-deployment QA and implement comprehensive unit tests to confirm code functionality.
• Define APIs and integrate them into web applications using RESTful and GraphQL approaches.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in Elixir, NodeJS, and ReactJS is required.
• At least 7+ years of software development experience, preferably in product development.
• Experience defining APIs and integrating them into web applications using RESTful and GraphQL approaches.
• Knowledge of software fundamentals including design principles, algorithm analysis, data structures, and unit testing.
• Experience with client-side tools like Redux, Redux Saga, and WebAssembly (preferred).
• Experience with infrastructure/platform technologies such as Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes (preferred).
• Ability to work in an AI-forward environment using LLM-based coding assistants and automation workflows.
• Commitment to best practices in design, testing, version control, documentation, build, deployment, and operation.
