Technical Program Manager, Pre-Silicon Development

What you'll do

• Drive the execution of key development programs from initial concept through to tape out.
• Coordinate and resolve dependencies between diverse engineering teams across the entire product stack.
• Manage project artifacts including schedules, resource forecasts, risk logs, and issue tracking.
• Monitor program metrics to ensure projects meet defined scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Develop and implement processes to improve program management rigor and organizational efficiency.
• Resolve technical issues and manage escalations with a sense of urgency and proactive problem-solving.
• Prepare and present detailed status reports and risk analyses to executive leadership.
• Align cross-functional teams on shared goals and communicate project insights across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Hold a BS or MS engineering degree or demonstrate equivalent competency in relevant technical areas.
• Possess depth and breadth in silicon and SoC design development, including RTL, verification, and physical design.
• Demonstrate experience performing complex work involving new or constantly changing difficult problems.
• Apply thorough knowledge of project management principles to both small and large scale projects.
• Experience with FPGA hardware and software development is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including presenting status and insights to executive leadership.
• Proven ability to lead technical issues to resolution and collaborate across global cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently to complete projects on schedule under general guidance.
