What you'll do

Gather, document, and rank product and platform software requirements with internal teams and external vendors.
Develop and maintain project schedules, track dependencies, and create risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate activities across hardware, silicon, firmware, and quality engineering departments.
Drive software release readiness for internal development, customer evaluations, and production releases.
Manage technical relationships and dependencies with partners like Canonical, Red Hat, and silicon vendors.
Facilitate technical discussions, engineering reviews, build reviews, and program status meetings.
Define and monitor key program metrics and executive dashboards to track progress.
Coordinate software deliverables and issue resolution for customer engagements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or Software Development.
Experience managing complex software programs involving Linux-based platforms.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and software release processes.
Experience gathering and handling technical requirements involving multiple engineering teams and outside partners.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar.
Experience with Linux-based systems, embedded systems, RHEL/Ubuntu, kernel, BSP, networking, or SD-RAN technologies (preferred); PMP or Scrum Master certification (preferred).
