SoC Pre-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

What you'll do

• Drive front-end silicon program schedules and resolve technical issues to ensure on-time production.
• Manage the development process for SoC silicon from architecture and design through pre-silicon prototyping.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams including Design, Verification, Validation, Technology, System Hardware, and Core Software.
• Identify and unblock technical issues by assembling the correct specialists and using data-driven decision-making.
• Manage complex dependencies across various programs, functional teams, and different geographic sites.
• Lead technical sessions with suppliers and design partners to resolve customer concerns and track issues.
• Track bugs, report program risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize LLM tools and agentic frameworks to streamline project management workflows.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Science degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in SoC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, or Technology process development.
• Ability to work in a multifaceted engineering environment with strong multitasking and real-time crisis management skills.
• Ability to apply LLM tools and agentic frameworks to streamline project management workflows.
• Technical Program, Project, or Functional Management experience (preferred).
• Phenomenal leadership and interpersonal skills including executive communication (preferred).
• Expertise in owning and driving project development using well-defined metrics (preferred).
• Experience with ASIC & VLSI design flows from concept to production, programming languages, and tools like Confluence or JIRA (preferred).
