JOB TITLE: SoC Pre-Silicon Engineering Program Manager As a Silicon Program Manager within the Hardware Technology Engineering organization, you will serve as an individual contributor driving front-end silicon program schedules. You will manage the development process for SOC silicon used in next-generation products, focusing on architecture, specifications, design, and pre-silicon prototyping. Your daily responsibilities include orchestrating technical issue resolution, driving internal processes for high-quality silicon definition, and managing dependencies across multi-functional teams including Design, Verification, Validation, Technology, System Hardware, and Core Software. You will utilize LLM tools, agentic frameworks, Javascript, Python, Perl, Confluence, and JIRA to streamline workflows. This role solves critical technical bottlenecks and manages program risks to ensure on-time silicon delivery from the initial concept phase through to the production of groundbreaking hardware.

What you'll do

Drive front-end silicon program schedules to ensure on-time delivery of next-generation products.
Resolve technical issues by coordinating with multi-functional teams including Design, Verification, and Software.
Manage the development process for SoC silicon from architecture and specifications to initial samples.
Identify and unblock technical issues by assembling the necessary specialists for data-driven decision-making.
Track dependencies across various programs, functional teams, and global sites.
Supervise and follow up on technical issues and customer concerns during sessions with suppliers and design partners.
Report on program risks, track bugs, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Utilize LLM tools and agentic frameworks to streamline program management workflows.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in SoC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, or Technology process development.
Experience working in a multifaceted engineering environment with strong multi-tasking and real-time crisis management skills.
Ability to apply LLM tools and agentic frameworks to streamline PM workflows.
Technical Program, Project, or Functional Management experience (preferred).
Phenomenal leadership and interpersonal skills for executive communication (preferred).
Expertise in owning and driving project development using well-defined metrics (preferred).
Experience with ASIC & VLSI design flows, programming languages (Javascript, Python, Perl), and tools like Confluence or JIRA (preferred).
