As a Chip Lead / ASIC Director within the Product Development team, you will provide technical leadership for one or more Adaptive & Embedded Computing Group device programs. You hold sign-off responsibility for the technical execution of these programs from initial conception and planning through to manufacturing release. Your daily work involves solving complex problems across the entire development cycle, including architecture, RTL, analog and custom design, verification, physical design, timing closure, and post-silicon validation. You will manage critical trade-offs regarding schedule, cost, size, power, and floorplan while serving as the primary interface between engineering and technical marketing to ensure products meet customer needs.
