SoC Pre-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

What you'll do

• Drive front-end silicon program schedules and resolve technical issues to ensure on-time delivery of SoC products.
• Manage the development process from initial architecture and specification through design and pre-silicon prototyping.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams including Design, Verification, Validation, Technology, System Hardware, and Core Software.
• Identify and unblock technical issues by assembling the correct specialists to make data-driven decisions.
• Track and manage cross-program dependencies across various functional teams and geographic sites.
• Lead technical sessions with suppliers and design partners to resolve customer concerns and track issues.
• Report on program risks, track bugs, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize LLM tools and agentic frameworks to streamline project management workflows.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Science degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in SoC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, or Technology process development.
• Ability to manage multi-tasking and real-time crisis management in a multifaceted engineering environment.
• Proficiency in applying LLM tools and agentic frameworks to streamline project management workflows.
• Technical Program, Project, or Functional Management experience (preferred).
• Executive communication and interpersonal skills (preferred).
• Experience owning project development using well-defined metrics (preferred).
• Experience with ASIC & VLSI design flows from concept to production, programming languages, and tools like Confluence or JIRA (preferred).
