What you'll do

Drive front-end silicon program schedules to ensure on-time delivery of next-generation products.
Resolve technical issues by coordinating with multi-functional teams including Design, Verification, and Software.
Manage the development process for SoC silicon from architecture and specifications to initial samples.
Identify and unblock technical issues by assembling specialists and making data-driven decisions.
Track and report program risks, bugs, and status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Manage dependencies across various programs, functional teams, and global sites.
Lead technical sessions with suppliers and design partners to supervise issue resolution.
Utilize LLM tools and agentic frameworks to streamline program management workflows.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science degree.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in SoC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, or Technology process development.
Experience working in a multifaceted engineering environment with strong multi-tasking and real-time crisis management skills.
Ability to apply LLM tools and agentic frameworks to streamline PM workflows.
Technical Program, Project, or Functional Management experience (preferred).
Phenomenal leadership and interpersonal skills including executive communication (preferred).
Experience with ASIC & VLSI design flows and leading silicon projects from concept to production (preferred).
