What you'll do

  • Own and manage the development of one or more FPGA bitstreams.
  • Design and implement programmable logic for next-generation antenna systems.
  • Develop software for high-volume phased array manufacturing and on-orbit applications.
  • Characterize subsystems and systems related to antennas and RF components.
  • Create automation tools for 2D and 3D structures.
  • Build bring-up tools and testing procedures for phased array systems.
  • Implement digital logic functions in FPGAs based on requirements from RF and communication engineers.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee for export control compliance.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems.
  • 5+ years of programming in at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
  • 5+ years of experience in FPGA design and implementation using System Verilog.
  • Experience with Xilinx/AMD (or Altera) FPGAs and modern ASIC/FPGA design and verification tools.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix environments, CI/CD pipelines, and writing test scripts in Python.
  • Expertise in uArchitecture, RTL coding, FPGA optimization for timing and power, simulation, and validation.
