As a senior Signal Integrity Architect, you will join the Data Center team to own PCIe Gen 6+ and CXL signal integrity across server platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end SI analysis, design closure, and validation planning for the PCIe-based interconnect domain, including REFCLK distribution and retimer/redriver integration. Your daily work involves developing channel budgets, creating package-to-board and full-channel simulation models using frequency-domain and time-domain methods, and providing guidance on PCB stackups and routing constraints. You will utilize tools such as ANSYS HFSS/SIwave, Cadence Sigrity, CST, ADS, or HSPICE, while performing validation with oscilloscopes, VNAs, and TDR systems. The role addresses the technical challenges of high-performance, energy-efficient server solutions by ensuring robust system-level designs for high-speed SerDes links, PAM4 signaling, and complex interconnect architectures in data center environments.
