Senior Signal Integrity/Power Integrity Engineer

What you'll do

• Model and simulate end-to-end high-speed channels including transceivers, IC packages, PCBs, and connectors.
• Perform time and frequency domain signal integrity analyses using IBIS-AMI, SPICE, and full-wave EM tools.
• Identify and resolve link quality issues such as loss, reflection, and crosstalk.
• Conduct channel simulations to optimize Eye Diagrams, Bit Error Rates (BER), and Signal-to-Noise Ratios (SNR).
• Execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to evaluate signal integrity across process variations and manufacturing tolerances.
• Provide design guidelines for board materials, stack-up, transmission line routing, and component placement.
• Drive PCB physical design by creating stack-ups, defining design rules, and reviewing layouts for SI/PI issues.
• Support lab validation and debugging to correlate physical test data with simulation results.

What we're looking for

• Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in high-speed signal integrity and power integrity engineering fields.
• Strong background in PCB and package design for signal integrity and power integrity.
• Deep knowledge of high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, and DDR.
• Proficiency in SI/PI simulation tools including Keysight ADS, Cadence Sigrity, and Ansys HFSS.
• Familiarity with MATLAB or Python for data analysis and automation.
• Hands-on experience with lab testing tools like TDR, VNA, High-Speed Oscilloscopes, and Spectrum Analyzers.
• Strong expertise in high-speed architecture, interconnects, and cross-functional collaboration.
