Signal Integrity Architect

What you'll do

• Define and implement high-performance signal integrity solutions for advanced server applications.
• Lead the creation of SI models, simulations, and final designs for data center servers.
• Provide guidelines on silicon timing, bump/RDL, package pinout, and PCB specifications.
• Perform early SI analysis on 2.5D/3D structures and establish design guidelines.
• Update and automate design and analysis flows for high-speed interconnects.
• Prepare and present technical documentation to stakeholders including senior management.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with Signal Integrity specialization.
• 6+ years of experience in SI analysis and simulation of high-speed digital systems.
• Expertise in DDR5/LPDDR5X JEDEC specifications and SerDes standards (PCIe, CXL, etc.).
• Proficiency with EM simulation tools like ANSYS HFSS, Cadence Sigrity, and Synopsys HSPICE.
• Strong knowledge of packaging and PCB technologies, design processes, and manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in electrical validation using VNAs, oscilloscopes, and differential probes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
