What you'll do
Provide technical leadership in RTL design and verification, including architecture reviews and micro-architecture definition.
Drive best-in-class RTL quality and verification coverage across Qualcomm GPU products.
Influence architectural tradeoffs related to performance, power, area (PPA), scalability, and product robustness.
Champion modern verification methodologies such as constrained-random, coverage-driven verification, assertions, formal techniques, and automation.
Mentor and develop engineers at all levels within a high-performance team of 11+ RTL and DV engineers.
What we're looking for
Over 20 years of semiconductor industry experience in RTL design and verification.
Proven track record leading high-performance engineering teams (minimum 11 engineers).
Deep expertise in SystemVerilog/Verilog for RTL design and advanced verification methodologies.
Extensive experience delivering complex GPU, CPU, or ASIC designs from micro-architecture to tape-out.
Strong technical hands-on skills combined with executive leadership capabilities.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering required.
