What you'll do

  • Drive product planning and strategy for next-generation FPGA and Adaptive SoC product families.
  • Manage roadmap activities including prioritization, customer validation, and internal communication of product direction.
  • Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and technology trends into technical product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product plans from initial concept through production phases.
  • Create business cases and investment justifications based on market and competitive analysis.
  • Represent the Product Planning team in cross-functional decision-making processes and product reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are reflected in roadmaps.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable discipline.
  • Experience in hardware design, product planning, technical marketing, or applications engineering.
  • Semiconductor industry experience with FPGA, Adaptive SoC, ASIC, ASSP, or processor-based products.
  • Strong understanding of FPGA architectures, development methodologies, and adaptive computing solutions.
  • Experience defining products, roadmaps, or product requirements for semiconductor devices or systems.
  • Experience translating customer requirements into technical product capabilities and features.
  • Ability to work across architecture, engineering, marketing, and business teams in a semiconductor environment.
  • Demonstrated strategic business acumen to build business cases and justify investment decisions.
