What you'll do

  • Develop and participate in cutting-edge processor designs using deep submicron technologies.
  • Design innovative digital, semi-custom, and mixed-signal analog circuits for silicon correlation and hardware security.
  • Perform detailed transistor-level analysis to improve the performance, reliability, and security of next-generation products.
  • Drive the design and physical implementation of circuit IPs for current/voltage sensing and security attack protection.
  • Create prototypes of patentable ideas on test chips for deployment across product lines.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior team members.

What we're looking for

  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Good understanding of deep submicron process issues and digital circuit design techniques.
  • Familiarity or experience with analog and mixed-signal block designs like op-amps, comparators, and ADCs.
  • Hands-on experience running Spice simulations, EM/IR analysis, and static timing analysis/closure.
  • Experience with Spice simulation for noise analysis, loop stability, ac/dc/transient analysis, and Monte Carlo.
  • Preferred experience in design and analysis of digital and mixed-signal analog current and voltage sensors.
  • Exposure to security attacks and common detection circuits is preferred.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, Make, and automation methods is a plus.
