As a Senior Circuit Design Engineer, you will join a global circuits team to develop cutting-edge processor designs using deep submicron technologies. You will be responsible for designing innovative digital, semi-custom, and mixed-signal analog circuits focused on silicon correlation and hardware security. Your daily work involves performing detailed transistor-level analysis to improve performance, reliability, and security, while driving the physical implementation of circuit IPs for current and voltage sensing and security attack detection. You will create prototypes of patentable ideas on test chips and serve as a technical mentor for junior members. Required expertise includes Spice simulations, EM/IR analysis, static timing analysis, and experience with op-amps, comparators, and ADCs. Additional skills include RTL, logic synthesis, verification, Place and Route, Design-for-test, and scripting in Perl, Tcl, or Make.
