Senior Circuit Design Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and participate in cutting-edge processor designs using deep submicron technologies.
• Design innovative digital, semi-custom, and mixed-signal analog circuits for silicon correlation and hardware security.
• Perform detailed transistor-level analysis to improve product performance, reliability, and security.
• Drive the design and physical implementation of circuit IPs for current and voltage sensing.
• Create prototypes of patentable ideas on test chips for deployment across all product lines.
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor for junior team members.

What we're looking for

• BSEE or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering is required.
• MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering is preferred.
• 8+ years of circuit design experience is required.
• Good understanding of deep submicron process issues and digital circuit design techniques is required.
• Familiarity with analog and mixed-signal block design such as op-amp, comparator, and ADC is required.
• Hands-on experience with Spice simulations, EM/IR analysis, and static timing analysis/closure is required.
• Experience in design and analysis of digital and mixed-signal analog current and voltage sensors is a plus.
• Experience with RTL, logic synthesis, verification, Place and Route, and Design-for-test (DFT) is a plus.
