As an ASIC Test Engineer II within the Silicon Operations team, you will lead the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge Silicon One ASICs. Working closely with cross-functional teams in the Central Hardware Group and Systems NPI teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality silicon that meets specific customer needs. Your daily work involves managing technical challenges related to semiconductor devices and manufacturing flows. To succeed in this role, you must possess familiarity with Test Coverage, DFT concepts such as SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and JTAG, along with ATE and testing principles. You will utilize scripting languages like Python or Perl for automation within Linux-based development environments using version control systems like GIT or SVN. This position focuses on the critical engineering problems involved in producing high-performance integrated circuits for complex networking infrastructure.
Lead the design, development, and testing of Cisco's Silicon One ASICs.

What we're looking for
Candidates must meet one of three education/experience paths: a Bachelor's degree with 0 years experience, an associate degree or certification with 1 year experience, or a high school diploma with 2 years experience.
Qualifying education and work experience must be in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with Test Coverage and DFT (SCAN/ATPG/MBIST/JTAG) is required.
Familiarity with ATE and testing concepts is required.
Knowledge of semiconductor devices and manufacturing flow is required.
Exposure to scripting languages like Python or Perl for automation is required.
Familiarity with Linux-based development environments and version control systems like GIT/SVN (preferred).
Strong interest in leveraging AI tools, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills are preferred.
