As a Technical Escalations Engineer 2 (Web Platform), you will join the Technical Escalation Engineering team to serve as an in-house product expert and advocate for customers. You will investigate complex escalations, lead high-stakes technical calls, and partner with Engineering and Product teams to identify gaps and improve the platform. Your daily work involves managing issues across authentication, authorization, identity, enterprise administration, and the visualization stack, including dashboards and notebooks. To succeed, you must be proficient in authentication standards like SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, and SCIM, while demonstrating expertise in data visualization and troubleshooting queries from configuration to rendering. You will also develop internal tooling and debugging guides while mentoring the Global Support Engineering team. This role solves critical technical challenges regarding login failures, permission mismatches, and audit discrepancies within the observability and security space.
