We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Trader Facing Production Support professional to join our Credit Teams. This role will primarily focus on providing support for the trading desk, as well as managing the backend of platforms and trade capture systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of trading operations, investigating, and resolving issues related to platform performance, trade capture, and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trader Facing Support: Act as the first line of support for trading desks, particularly within the Credit domain, ensuring systems are up and running and efficiently addressing any technical issues that arise.
  • Trade Capture and Platforms Support: Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve issues related to trade capture, platform functionality, and integration between front-office and back-office systems.
  • Monitoring & Alerts: Utilize tools like Splunk and ITRS to monitor system performance, identify issues proactively, and escalate to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Manage and resolve high-priority incidents, including root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence.
  • SQL Database Queries: Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate trade data in databases and support the trading desks' data needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development teams, infrastructure, and trading desks to ensure system uptime and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and support processes. Provide regular reports on system health and performance metrics.
  • On-call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation for out-of-hours support, ensuring minimal disruption to trading activities.
  • This role requires being on site with client 3 days per week in the office

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a production support or technical support role, with significant exposure to global markets and Credit trading environments.
  • Strong expertise in SQL database queries and data manipulation.
  • Experience with Splunk for log monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITRS for system monitoring and alerting.
  • Basic Unix/Linux command-line skills for system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Bloomberg terminals and related platforms for trade capture and market data integration.
  • Python scripting knowledge is a plus to assist in automating processes or troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of global markets, particularly Credit trading and associated systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with traders, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree

Job Description

Test Automation Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Columbus, OH): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Test Automation Engineering Manager in Columbus, OH, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Drive quality testing solutions by planning and constructing test scripts through use of quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or its clients.
  • Develop end-to-end testing strategies.
  • Define and track test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance.
  • Execute testing efforts by delivering application and component releases.
  • Coordinate and execute regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality, and usability testing.
  • Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts.
  • Define test plans and entry/exit criteria.
  • Develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures.
  • Lead other testers on the testing team and manage testing process questions and/or issues.

  • Allocate test resources to application tests in a multi-test environment.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
  • Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

Qualification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Testing custom solutions;
  • Providing solutions in planning, constructing, and executing test scripts;
  • Designing, developing, and implementing test plans and test cases; and
  • Conducting defect triage meetings with development and business teams.

Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Designing and implementing test automation framework using TOSCA or Selenium;
  • Utilizing DevOps tools, including Jenkins and GIT;
  • Participating in release planning, story grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and sprint demo; and
  • Managing teams and work efforts.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

  • Architecting, configuring, coding, testing, and deploying Oracle Supply Chain and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications for global customers;
  • Implementing and utilizing Oracle Supply Chain solutions and end-to-end integration with ERP solutions;
  • Upgrading and migrating Oracle Supply Chain solutions with cloud-based functionalities catering to specific business requirements across clients and industries;
  • Designing, developing, documenting, and supporting cloud-based supply chain solutions;
  • Configuring Oracle ERP Cloud system in Supply Chain Management including Manufacturing, inventory and Product Data Hub;
  • Utilizing Agile or Waterfall project methodology;
  • Analyzing Oracle ERP Cloud incidents and defects, and providing break-fix solutions; and
  • Conducting fit gap analysis and designing solutions in Oracle ERP Cloud Manufacturing, inventory and Product Data Hub modules.

The work:
As a Data Conversion Lead, you will design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. You will lead the creation of data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage your team to perform effectively, and contribute to key decisions.

  • Develop innovative data solutions to enhance data accessibility and usability.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
  • Conduct data quality assessments and implement necessary improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering.

This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and will require three days per week in the office.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with Data Engineering with a focus on Data Migrations.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Oracle Cloud
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Advanced proficiency in ETL processes, data pipelines, and data quality management.
  • Strong understanding of data accessibility, usability, and performance optimization.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Job Description

Business Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Atlanta, GA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business Architecture Manager in Atlanta, GA, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.
  • Gather and analyze information to define and review project specifications and requirements.
  • Write functional specifications, use cases, and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.
  • Develop strategy and functionality, and demonstrate the functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team.
  • Provide functional support to the development team to use the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions.
  • Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors that are implemented by the team.

Qualification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Performing business system analysis involving functional analysis, stakeholder management, quality assurance testing, and implementation;
  • Working with offshore team members and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects;
  • Delivering structured IT application development lifecycles and methodologies, including leading Agile and Scrum teams;
  • Leading onshore and offshore teams for balancing, prioritizing, restructuring, and reallocating tasks, including determining project capacity by creating statements of work;
  • Delivering projects, including creating end-to-end system integrated solutions, and utilizing testing tools;
  • Utilizing Oracle global supply chain, including order to cash, procurement to pay, integration with finance, and logistic management;
  • Leading Oracle projects for new Oracle implementations and global roll out projects; and
  • Developing, maintaining, and suggesting improvements to dashboards and logs for project tracking, including change control boards, RAID logs, defect logs, and testing trackers.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Solution Sales Engineer to partner with our sales and customer teams to deliver exceptional technical guidance throughout the buying and onboarding journey.

In this role, you’ll support SMB and API sales cycles by running technical discovery sessions, designing integration approaches, addressing security and compliance questions, and ensuring customers clearly understand how to configure and deploy our AI solutions.

You will act as the technical expert in the room translating business requirements into solution architecture, advising on best practices, and helping remove technical blockers that accelerate customer adoption. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, customer engagement, and problem-solving, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Technical Expertise

  • Support sales teams in customer calls by leading technical discovery, clarifying integration needs, API usage requirements, and system dependencies.
  • Translate customer goals and workflows into recommended architecture patterns, configuration options, and implementation approaches.
  • Deliver demos, walkthroughs, and light proofs of concept that showcase technical capabilities and address customer-specific use cases.
  • Provide guidance on API integration (authentication, rate limits, endpoints, performance considerations, data flow design).

Security & Compliance Support

  • Lead conversations around security posture, including data handling, encryption, authentication, access control, and compliance standards.
  • Respond to customer security questionnaires and assist with risk assessments, with support from internal security teams as needed.
  • Communicate how the platform aligns with enterprise-grade security practices and regulatory requirements.

Solution Design & Consultation

  • Partner with sales, product, and engineering to shape solution proposals that align with technical feasibility and customer value.
  • Document recommended architectures, configuration steps, and onboarding plans.
  • Identify potential technical blockers early and provide mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to escalate technical issues, influence roadmap, and share customer insights.
  • Support Customer Success teams during the early post-sale phase to ensure smooth technical handoff and implementation readiness.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and solution playbooks to scale repeatable technical motions

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical account management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of API concepts, including RESTful design, authentication patterns, integration workflow design, and common error-handling practices.
  • Familiarity with scripting, JSON payloads, or light troubleshooting (not a full coding role, but technical literacy expected).
  • Knowledge of SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and enterprise security standards.
  • Background working with SMBs or high-velocity sales teams.

Job Description

Business Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business Architecture Manager in Chicago, IL, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients’ program/project specifications and objectives.
  • Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.
  • Gather and analyze information to define and review project specifications and requirements.
  • Write functional specifications using cases and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.
  • Develop strategy and functionality, and demonstrate functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team.
  • Provide functional support to the development team to use the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions.
  • Identify and assess complex problems, and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and will be implemented by the team.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
  • Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

Qualification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Working with Oracle Cloud Fusion Application, including Oracle Order Management inclusive of Pricing & Shipping, Oracle Inventory and global supply chain processes;
  • Liaising with client leadership to execute program and project management responsibilities;
  • Working with client business on resolution of their application issues reported;
  • Performing business system analysis involving functional analysis, stakeholder management, quality assurance testing, and implementation;
  • Working with offshore team members and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects;
  • Utilizing Oracle global supply chain, including order to cash, procurement to pay, integration with finance, and logistic management;
  • Leading Oracle projects for new Oracle implementations and global roll out projects;
  • Leading and providing support on the Oracle Fusion Applications, utilizing Supply Chain Modules, resolving reported issues and reporting status periodically to stakeholders; and
  • Working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including Supply Chain Modules.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
