What you'll do

Lead the technical strategy and accreditation process for a secure agentic AI platform within AWS GovCloud (IL5).
Develop and maintain technical artifacts, including architecture diagrams and data flows, to support ATO and cATO requirements.
Design, build, and operate a secure cloud infrastructure to support agentic AI workloads and managed services like Amazon Bedrock.
Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker while ensuring scalability, observability, and failure recovery.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Implement MLOps practices including model versioning, deployment gating, monitoring, and cost attribution for AI agents.
Serve as the primary technical interface between engineering teams, security personnel, and Authorizing Official stakeholders.
Establish secure engineering patterns to ensure security controls are integrated into the platform from the start of development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
8+ years of hands-on experience in cloud, platform, DevOps, or MLOps engineering.
U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Experience supporting systems through formal security accreditation/RMF, including contributing to security control documentation and interacting with authorization stakeholders.
Experience operating within DoD or federal accredited cloud environments such as IL4/IL5 or FedRAMP Moderate/High.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and designing/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in Python and knowledge of how ML/LLM workloads are deployed, scaled, secured, and monitored.
Active TS/SCI clearance; experience with cATO, Platform One, Iron Bank, or Big Bang; DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (preferred).
