Agility Associate, Digital Product Portfolio Management Scrum & Kanban Practices

What you'll do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives for Scrum and Kanban teams.
• Use Jira and advanced Excel functions to track work, analyze delivery metrics, and create reports on team progress.
• Identify delivery blockers, risks, and dependencies while proposing actionable improvements for project workflows.
• Translate complex technical information into clear business language for stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage release management activities including planning, coordination, readiness tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to draft artifacts, synthesize inputs, and improve agility ceremonies.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on agile methodologies and development best practices.
• Support the product development lifecycle by prioritizing tasks and managing resources to meet departmental goals.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in an Agile, delivery, technology, product, operations, or project/program support role.
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, including creating and running queries, tracking work, and analyzing team metrics.
• Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders and leadership.
• Working knowledge of using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities with a focus on validation and data sensitivity.
• Experience supporting release planning, coordination, tracking, and communication.
• Experience creating Agile metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting (preferred).
