Senior Applications Development Supervisor

What you'll do

• Perform hands-on coding to develop complex features and set high technical standards for the team.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure software is maintainable, secure, and of high quality.
• Manage and optimize the CI/CD pipeline, including automated builds, testing, and deployment processes.
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of application releases while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting across the entire SDLC from development to production.
• Manage a team of professionals by conducting performance evaluations, training, and hiring activities.
• Act as a subject matter expert and coach to mentor junior developers and analysts.
• Implement new work procedures to improve process efficiencies and overall team productivity.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing and implementing projects through the full SDLC.
• Strong hands-on coding skills with knowledge of Java, Springboot, Microservices, and AI tools.
• Experience with dependency management, change management, and CI/CD tools and practices.
• Experience with audit and compliance requirements within a technology context.
• Demonstrated leadership, management, mentoring, and communication skills.
