YOUR ROLE
The .Net Developer is an essential team member responsible for developing high performing solutions. The .Net Developer should be able to work with other members of the team on best practices around application development. They should be flexible and willing to learn new programming skills and should be able to migrate existing solutions from one development stack to another based on organization roadmap.
What you will be doing
- Develop, update, and maintain services across different versions of the .Net Framework inclusive of 4.5/.Net Core 3.1+/.Net 5/6/8.
- Employ Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to ensure high quality, maintainable code and robust application functionality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business leaders across multiple functions to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable insights
- Proven experience designing and delivering executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau and/or Sigma

YOUR ROLE
At Genworth, our products and our business rely on the strong technical and analytical skills that our Information Technology Development Program helps to cultivate and grow. In this development program, you will work alongside other energetic and talented technologists in our industry-leading company. Beginning Summer 2026, the program runs approximately 24 months and includes four, six-month rotational assignments where participants will explore multiple IT disciplines, coupled with several training opportunities including two IT Bootcamps. What you bring

Compensation Range
Within our company the base salary pay range for the job level P4 starts at a minimum rate of $120,000 up to the maximum of $195,000. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity within the organization. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an Incentive Plan. The Incentive Plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 15%

As a Data Scientist Manager, you serve as both a strategic thought partner and a technical expert driving advanced analytics capabilities across the organization. What you bring
Required

YOUR ROLE
Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications integration logic to support a Communications COE. Fluent in the processes that include Coding (App/DB), tests, debugs, document/file types, implements and maintains software applications. Familiar with the expectations for Analysis of and not limited to Performance, IT, Ops, and Regulatory requirement scopes; and able to maintain expectations related to test(s) and integrated application(s) components. Ensure that system and process improvements are successfully implemented and global architecture review board reviews and engagements are performed.

What you bring

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Within our company the base salary pay range for the job level P4 starts at a minimum rate of $120,000 up to the maximum of $195,000. YOUR ROLE
The Life, Annuity, and Long-Term Care Data Solutions team —responsible for end-to-end‑to‑end data architecture, data governance, and data engineering from source systems to data consumers—is seeking a Principal Data Engineer with strong Databricks expertise and proven experience in a Tech Lead capacity.
In this role, you will lead and mentor data engineering tech leads across multiple build teams that use DataBricks and a data engineering CoE (Center of Excellence), guiding them through the full software development lifecycle including design, build, test, and run. You will lead the definition of best practices, establish common code frameworks, elevate engineering maturity, prove out and determine when new DataBricks features should be implemented, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality‑quality data products and analytical solutions across build teams.
You will be part of a high performing, ‑performing, mission‑driven organization of ~25 individuals across four agile teams. Collaboration will be central as you work closely with the solution architects, agile team tech leads, data product owner, and other partners across security, cloud, testing, and data modeling.
The platform leverages a modern streaming architecture supporting both transactional and analytical pipelines, grounded in Medallion and OneLake design principles. A primary outcome for this role and others on the team is overseeing the implementation of DataBricks that will replace many legacy analytical platforms that result in new and better business outcomes.
What you will be doing
- Leading 3–4 build teams, providing technical direction, coaching, mentoring, and technical governance.
- May directly lead some data engineers for POCs, building coding frameworks that will be shared across teams, and other re-usable data assets.
- May perform hands on designing, building, testing, and supporting analytical pipelines.
- Establishing and enforcing design, engineering, and coding standards, including code reviews.
