What you'll do

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementations.
Develop, maintain, and release web-related user interfaces using AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
Create system designs, navigation structures, prototypes, and mockups to communicate ideas to stakeholders.
Perform code reviews and collaborate with peer designers and developers on project work.
Provide technical support and maintenance for existing systems in the Application Development Services area.
Guide and lead offshore development teams on various projects as needed.
Manage third-party suppliers and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish operational controls to verify that established processes, procedures, and audit controls are followed.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline is preferred.
8 to 10 years of experience in the Information Technology discipline.
5+ years of full systems development lifecycle experience building custom web applications using JavaScript and HTML.
5+ years of technical experience with Java, OpenText Exstream, and MySQL.
5 to 7 years of experience defining business/technical requirements and testing software for corporations.
Experience directing third-party suppliers and managing offshore delivery centers in different time zones.
Experience establishing operational controls, monitoring SLAs, and managing large volumes of requests.
Knowledge of software development methodologies including waterfall, agile, prototyping, and rapid application development.
