JOB TITLE: Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer within the IT team, you will design, implement, and manage technology solutions that form the foundation of customer service. You will provide application software development services, translating business requirements into technical specifications while developing program logic for new and existing applications. What we're looking for

5+ years of technical experience with Java, OpenText Exstream, and MySQL.
5+ years of experience defining and documenting business and technical requirements, developing and testing software for corporations (financial/insurance sector preferred).
Experience directing and supervising third-party suppliers and offshore delivery centers in the fulfillment of projects or application support.
Experience monitoring and managing SLAs and establishing operational and process controls to verify audit compliance.
Knowledge and experience in software development methodologies such as waterfall, agile, prototyping, and rapid application development.
