What we're looking for

5+ years of experience managing large-scale datacenter or cloud infrastructure operations.
Expertise in physical and virtual server infrastructure, enterprise operating systems (Windows, RHEL), SAN storage, and virtualization (VMware, Cisco UCS).
Experience with disaster recovery, backup processes, business continuity, and IT security/compliance frameworks like NIST, PCI, or SOX.
Proven experience in budget planning, cost optimization, and managing vendor contracts for hardware, software, and managed services.
Strong leadership skills to manage technical teams, including managers of managers, and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred certifications include ITIL, SAFE, PMP, or TBM Practitioner.
