What we're looking for

  • Significant progressive experience in cybersecurity or security engineering, typically 12+ years.
  • Broad technical knowledge across application, infrastructure, cloud, vulnerability management, identity, and automation domains.
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing enterprise security solutions rather than just advising or coordinating others.
  • Ability to independently solve ambiguous, high-impact problems with innovative thinking and sound judgment.
  • Strong ability to influence technical decisions and communicate complex concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience guiding and developing other technical professionals through mentoring and design reviews.
  • Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant advanced security certification, such as CISSP, GIAC, CCSP, or equivalent (preferred).
