The role requires expertise in Azure infrastructure, GitHub Copilot integration, and managing complex modernization portfolios to solve critical data and application transformation challenges.

What you'll do

Lead a team of Cloud Solution Architects and Technical Program Managers to industrialize the path to AI-ready workloads.
Define and execute a unified strategy for simultaneous application modernization and database migration.
Provide technical leadership on .NET/Java containerization, Azure PaaS services, and heterogeneous database migrations.
Develop agentic-native, reusable intellectual property including reference architectures, automation scripts, and delivery guidance.
Rationalize the portfolio of offerings to streamline the transition from content creation to scalable enablement.
Manage the technical blocker engine by overseeing UAT and converting customer feedback into engineering fixes.
Align field modernization work with product roadmaps for GitHub Copilot and Azure Migrate.
Drive large-scale field skilling through bootcamps, community engagement, and technical training programs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
3+ years of people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check and meet government security screening requirements.
12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or a Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
6+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred).
6+ years of experience leading technical projects, teams, or functions (preferred).
Technical Certification in Cloud and/or AI, such as Azure Solutions Architect or other major cloud provider certifications (preferred).
