As a Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud & AI Applications, you will join the Cloud + AI Apps team to help commercial customers bring AI-powered applications to production scale on Azure. In this customer-facing role, you will lead technical engagements across architecture design, Proof of Concepts, and Minimum Viable Products while removing blockers for adoption. You will be responsible for the health, resiliency, security, and optimization of mission-critical workloads including Azure AI Foundry, AKS, App Services, APIM, and GitHub. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with executives and developers to design scalable solutions and provide technical workshops. You will utilize a variety of languages including C#, Python, and .NET to drive migration and modernization strategies. The role focuses on solving the challenge of moving innovative AI applications into reliable, production-ready environments using cloud-native development tools.

What you'll do

Design secure, scalable Azure solutions for customers based on their specific AI and business priorities.
Lead technical engagements including architecture design, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
Ensure the production readiness, security, and optimization of mission-critical workloads like AKS and App Services.
Manage end-to-end technical delivery to ensure customer success and growth in cloud consumption.
Develop and share repeatable intellectual property to accelerate deployment for various customer use cases.
Provide technical workshops and skilling activities to ensure customer solutions are performant and maintainable.
Act as the Voice of the Customer by providing feedback to engineering teams to improve products.
Collaborate with customer development teams to design migration and modernization strategies for AI-powered workloads.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
4+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
4+ years of experience working on technical projects.
Proficiency in workloads including Azure AI Foundry, AKS, App Service, APIM, and GitHub.
Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications.
Experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, and .NET.
