As a Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud & AI Infrastructure, you will join the Cloud & AI Infrastructure team to guide customers through their transformation journeys. You will be responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions while leading migration and modernization initiatives across data, SAP, and AI workloads. Your daily work involves translating customer challenges into actionable solutions using frameworks like Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework. To succeed, you must possess expertise in Azure infrastructure, databases, and hybrid environments. You will utilize specific technologies including Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, AKS, App Service, AVS, SAP (Native and RISE), Windows, Linux, and Defender for Cloud. The role focuses on solving complex technical blockers to establish the foundation for production-ready AI solutions while ensuring optimal performance and security across diverse enterprise environments.
Translate customer challenges into actionable solutions that align with high ROI business outcomes.
Lead architectural design sessions to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure using CAF and WAF frameworks.
Drive migration and modernization initiatives for infrastructure, data, SAP, and AI workloads.
Optimize customer environments for health, resiliency, security, and performance to support production-scale AI use cases.
Develop and contribute to repeatable intellectual property to accelerate deployment and delivery excellence.
Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate project go-live dates.
Generate incremental pipeline by identifying next best actions during customer engagements.
Maintain technical expertise through continuous skilling in Azure services, databases, and hybrid environments.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, architecture, or consulting.
Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship.
12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and related fields with a Bachelor's degree (preferred).
8+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and consulting with a Master's degree (preferred).
6+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred).
6+ years of experience working on technical projects (preferred).
Technical Certification in Cloud or security (preferred).
