You will lead architectural design sessions, drive migration and modernization initiatives for SAP and AI workloads, and ensure environments are optimized for resiliency and performance. Key responsibilities include resolving technical blockers, delivering repeatable IP, and utilizing frameworks like Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework. Required technical expertise includes Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, AKS, App Service, AVS, SAP, Windows, Linux, and Defender for Cloud. You will solve complex infrastructure problems to establish production-ready AI solutions for enterprise, regulated, and partner services organizations.

What you'll do

Lead architectural design sessions to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions using CAF and WAF frameworks.
Drive migration and modernization initiatives for infrastructure, data, SAP, and AI workloads.
Optimize customer environments for health, resiliency, security, and performance to enable production-scale AI use cases.
Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate project go-live and ensure delivery excellence.
Develop and deliver repeatable IP to accelerate deployment and achieve targeted customer outcomes.
Translate customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned with high ROI business outcomes.
Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions for business value realization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field and 12+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
6+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred).
6+ years of experience working on technical projects (preferred).
Technical Certification in Cloud, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (preferred).
