The Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud & AI Infrastructure joins the Cloud & AI Infrastructure team to guide customers through cloud and AI transformation journeys. This role involves evaluating business requirements to recommend and demonstrate solutions that help customers migrate, modernize, and secure their infrastructure, applications, and data on Microsoft Azure. You will lead architectural design sessions to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions and resilient infrastructure using the Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework. Key responsibilities include driving migration initiatives for data, SAP, and AI workloads while resolving technical blockers. Required expertise includes Azure infrastructure, databases, and hybrid environments. You must demonstrate proficiency with technologies such as Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, AKS, App Service, AVS, SAP, Windows, Linux, and Defender for Cloud to ensure operational excellence.

What you'll do

Lead architectural design sessions to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions using CAF and WAF frameworks.
Drive migration and modernization initiatives for infrastructure, data, SAP, and AI workloads to production milestones.
Optimize customer environments for health, resiliency, security, and performance to enable production-scale AI use cases.
Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate project go-live and ensure delivery excellence.
Develop and deliver repeatable intellectual property to accelerate deployment and achieve targeted customer outcomes.
Translate customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned with high ROI business outcomes.
Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions for business value.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
Authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and 6+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
4+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred).
4+ years of experience working on technical projects (preferred).
Technical Certification in Cloud, such as Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications (preferred).
