As a Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud & AI Infrastructure, you will join the Cloud & AI Infrastructure team to guide customers through their cloud and AI transformation journeys. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and securing scalable infrastructure, applications, and data on Microsoft Azure to support production-ready AI solutions. Your daily work involves leading architectural design sessions using Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework methodologies, resolving technical blockers, and driving migration and modernization initiatives for SAP, hybrid environments, and various workloads. You will utilize a technical stack including Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, AKS, App Service, AVS, Windows, Linux, and Defender for Cloud. The role focuses on solving complex infrastructure challenges to ensure customer environments are optimized for health, resiliency, and performance while accelerating the adoption of Azure services through repeatable intellectual property.

What you'll do

Translate customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned with high ROI outcomes.
Lead architectural design sessions for secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure using CAF and WAF frameworks.
Drive migration and modernization initiatives for infrastructure, data, SAP, and AI workloads.
Optimize customer environments for health, resiliency, security, and performance to support production-scale AI.
Develop and contribute to repeatable intellectual property to accelerate deployment and delivery excellence.
Identify and resolve technical blockers to ensure successful project go-lives.
Generate incremental pipeline by identifying next best actions during customer engagements.
Maintain technical expertise through continuous skilling in Azure services, databases, and security tools.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship.
Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure, IT consulting, or architecture (preferred).
Master's Degree and 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure, technology solutions, or architecture (preferred).
4+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred).
4+ years of experience working on technical projects (preferred).
Technical Certification in Cloud, such as Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications (preferred).
