Technical Success AI Apps & Agents Director

What you'll do

• Lead a team of Technical Architects and Program Managers to enable field teams and partners in delivering AI solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Azure AI Foundry, agentic applications, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Develop high-quality, repeatable IP assets such as reference architectures and accelerators for AI workloads.
• Resolve technical blockers and guide architectural designs for scalable, production-grade agentic solutions.
• Partner with learning experts to develop and drive skilling plans for Cloud Solution Architects.
• Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customers to accelerate their digital and AI transformation journeys.
• Gather Voice of the Customer insights to influence AI product roadmaps and drive innovation.
• Manage team growth through talent management, coaching, and fostering a culture of technical intensity.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, architecture, or consulting.
• 3+ years of people management experience including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check and meet other required security screenings.
• 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Master's degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, or architecture (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience leading technical projects, teams, or functions; and Technical Certification in Cloud and/or AI (preferred).
