What you'll do

  • Manage all technical support aspects for a specific customer including escalations, fleet performance, installations, and upgrades.
  • Act as the primary focal point between customers and internal divisions to provide technical documentation and troubleshooting support.
  • Provide Alpha Site support for the installation, operation, calibration, and testing of new hardware or software designs.
  • Provide Beta Site Support for testing and servicing new products on customer tools.
  • Initiate and review Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to ensure data supports fixes and communicate updates to the field.
  • Generate and present system performance metrics including MTBF, MTBI, availability, and spending analysis.
  • Create and review technical documentation regarding system upgrades and support plans for presentation at the customer level.

  • Creates and reviews documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans for customer presentation.
  • Analyzes and presents system performance data including MTBF, MTBI, availability, and I/W spending.
