Technical Director, Key Logic Account serves as a senior technical leader within the Global Field Group. This role focuses on identifying high-impact yield, performance, and cost challenges for a strategic logic account while building multi-product technology programs to solve these issues. The individual will lead account-wide initiatives by bundling benefits across deposition, etch, anneal, and metrology process areas. Key responsibilities include interfacing with customers at development and manufacturing sites, identifying technology inflections to shape internal product roadmaps, and managing project timelines and risks. The role requires deep expertise in semiconductor process engineering or integration for advanced logic nodes and packaging. Candidates must possess strong skills in articulating complex technical concepts to executive audiences and influencing cross-functional teams across commercial, technical, and operations departments to drive consensus on critical manufacturing outcomes.
Lead account-wide strategic initiatives to improve device yield, performance, and cost across multiple product areas.
Partner with customers at development and manufacturing sites to evaluate new and emerging technologies.

Drive consensus and outcomes between commercial, technical, and operations teams for key initiatives.

What we're looking for
A B.S. in an engineering discipline is required, while a M.S. in Physics, Chemistry, or another STEM field is accepted.
An advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) is preferred for this role.
Candidates must have at least 12 years of experience in the wafer fab or semiconductor capital equipment industry.
At least 15 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment process engineering, wafer fab process engineering, or wafer fab process integration is preferred.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs and influencing outcomes across engineering, commercial, and operations teams is required.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience partnering with customers at development and high-volume manufacturing sites to build trust with senior stakeholders.
In-depth technical expertise in semiconductor process technologies (deposition, etch, anneal, or metrology) or advanced packaging process flows is required.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
