Director, Process Support Engineering

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer engineering and manufacturing leadership.
• Lead a high-performing organization of Process Support Engineers and managers to meet customer goals.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies through demonstrations, evaluations, and joint development activities.
• Guide complex problem-solving efforts involving yield, defectivity, productivity, and process integration.
• Manage executive-level technical discussions, escalations, and strategic recovery plans for customers.
• Align technical resources with customer priorities and business objectives through financial forecasting and resource planning.
• Influence product development by providing field insights and customer feedback to R&D and product groups.
• Build organizational capability through recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning for future technical leaders.

What we're looking for

• BS degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and engineering organizations.
• Experience supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of process integration and semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven customer-facing leadership experience.
• Experience managing technical escalations and complex problem-solving efforts.
• Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) (preferred).
• Experience supporting memory technologies including DRAM (preferred).
• Experience working directly with major semiconductor manufacturers (preferred).
• Multi-disciplinary knowledge spanning deposition, etch, CMP, metrology, inspection, or patterning technologies (preferred).
• Demonstrated success developing engineering managers and technical leaders (preferred).
