As a Technical Account Manager on the terrestrial compute infrastructure team, you will own the technical success of high-performance GPU and CPU cluster deployments for various customer accounts. You will lead technical implementation, integration testing, provisioning, and performance tuning to ensure reliable compute environments from initial setup through steady-state operations. Your daily work involves serving as the primary technical point of contact for infrastructure definition, handling escalations, performing root-cause analysis, and coordinating with internal hardware, network, and SRE teams. You will utilize expertise in high-performance networking, data center connectivity, Linux environments, and orchestration tools to solve complex problems. Specifically, you will work with technologies such as InfiniBand, RoCE, NVIDIA networking (NCCL, NVLink, GPU Direct RDMA), and large cluster architectures to support demanding workloads including AI/ML training and inference infrastructure at scale.

What you'll do

Lead technical implementation, integration testing, and provisioning for GPU/CPU clusters across all customer accounts.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for infrastructure definition, requirements, and delivery.
Perform performance tuning, optimization, and characterization for large-scale compute systems.
Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve technical escalations and ensure SLA compliance.
Provide expert guidance on high-performance networking, data center connectivity, and GPU/CPU architectures.
Coordinate with internal hardware, network, and facilities teams to ensure end-to-end infrastructure delivery.
Manage expansion planning and capacity scaling for new use cases across customer accounts.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another STEM discipline.
7+ years of professional experience in large-scale compute, data center, or hyperscale infrastructure environments.
Experience leading technical implementations involving GPUs/CPUs and high-performance systems.
Knowledge of InfiniBand, RoCE, NVIDIA networking technologies (NCCL, NVLink, GPU Direct RDMA), and large GPU cluster architectures.
Experience with AI/ML training and inference infrastructure at scale.
Proficiency in Linux environments, orchestration tools, and infrastructure monitoring.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends during critical implementation or incident response periods.
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
