What you'll do

  • Advise customers on technical support and product adoption during pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal processes.
  • Analyze customer IT operations environments to provide recommendations that maximize product value.
  • Suggest process changes, configurations, and new features to meet specific customer goals and use cases.
  • Prepare for and participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
  • Work with product management and engineering teams to identify necessary new features and products.
  • Develop and evolve best practices for technical product adoption and customer success.

What we're looking for

  • Have a solid technical grounding and hands-on experience of IT Operations.
  • Have hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Be comfortable with scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, or Chef/Puppet.
  • Be skilled in using CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Gitlab.
  • Have knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher.
  • Be able to travel via auto, train, or air up to 30% of the time.
  • Have previous experience working as a TAM supporting mid-market and/or Enterprise customers in the cloud space.
  • Be experienced using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools.
